Mobile phone is banned for women in a village, district Mehsana, Gujarat. Panchayat says that it’s a waste of time for the middle class family. It says instead of using cell phones girls need to study or do other activities. Panchayat decide the fine of Rs. 2100 in such cases while the informer will be rewarded with Rs. 200.

We’re living in a modern society where technology and internet boomed up in last few years and Each and every job related to various sectors are done by internet. Where the nation is depeloping as Digital India, how could these girls survive in Gujarat? This incident is the evidence of the sick mentality of few people of that village who are still living in 18^th centuary or who’re not able to develop their mentality even each have a brain.

If this decision can help the students in study and in other curriculum activities so why they banned mobile phones only for girls where the boys are still using mobile phones in that village and where it’s allowed for married women. Is it the right decision? Actually few goons are the mindhunters who have killed the rights of those girls of the village. These are the people who still believe that the women lacks intelligence and power than men. These are the people who make jokes on female car drivers. These are the people who daily fight with the women in family and harrash them.
