Reservation is a threat in the development of my country, India. How?

I’m sharing one of my college incidents with all of you. On that day our teacher Ms. Renuka Tomar asked a question to all students. The question was why India is still a developing country after making long term efforts to make India developed as other European countries. She got many answers from the students, some of them were repeated or different but the answer which I think the biggest threat in the development of the country ‘Reservation’, none answered. On my turn I stood up and answered the same “Reservation”. As soon I answered the whole class became quite as I abused someone or slapped. The teacher was staring at me and I was blank why they all were against me because most of them were from reserved categories from different cast though the teacher was also a reserved category person but I was not aware of these facts. It was my worse impression in the class. Till the date I’m confused why it was so.

The teacher wanted me to explain my opinion. I politely repeated the question in front of the class “Why India is still a developing country after making long term efforts to make India developed as other European countries?” “Aren’t the officers and the administrators working their works efficiently? Or our working styles, strategies and technology are wrong.” As an engineering student I elaborated with the help of another question “Is it profitable investment for an investor to hire an average engineer having 50 or 60% marks in the place of another one having more than the first for the same post and beyond the same salary limits? If ‘Yes’ then why and If ‘No’ then why not?”

The answer is quite simple. If you want to build a building or construct a road or plant machinery which person will work efficiently and accurately out of them? The answer is the intelligent one. Then why are you putting the cast criteria over the intelligence only in the name of fuckingRESERVATION? Isn’t it the one of right answers of the question she putted in front of us?

I agree some people in India are still too backward, need to get more efforts by the government to improve their conditions either these are financially or in the form of other advantages. But the number of such people is too less in each reserved community and the major part of them is well developed, educated and financially strong. Then why the whole community should be reserved in such criteria. Can the Government facilitate only the needy not the others? Shouldn’t the criteria for the reserved people be changed? Why should not the government terminate the term RESERVATION from the Indian Constitution instead of it we have much more options to serve the people who really need such facility for their improvements?

In one hand the constitution provide us the right of equality and in another hand we are divided in the fucking criteria Reserved and Unreserved. Why shouldn’t the Government recruit the officers and administrators in the basis of talent and eligibility? Is it necessary to give reservation in these terms where they affect our efforts to make India developed?

Every youth knows his capability and eligibility and I discussed with a lot of my friends and other people on this topic. The result is same- The Reservation should be removed from all communities and the needy should be facilitated by the other way or policies or schemes. In this way at a time we can improve our economy condition at the same the cast difference will be decreased. When the talent would be in his proper place and position, when the fruits of the right efforts shall be provided to the actual needy person, when the Reservation will be ended by all means I assure you all It will never late for India to be counted in the list of the developed countries of the world.

Feeling very proud to write here on the occasion of the International women’s day, and I congratulate to all people from all over the world to be a part of this event. I thank to all women who make a man’s life perfect, to be a part of our life as a mother, sister, daughter, wife, girlfriend, friend, teacher and others. The glory of the women sacrifices are in large counts from our past till the present. We all are merely aware of all the things. She is the ideal of the humanity, motherhood, love and affections. We are nothing without her. She is the main drive of the human life vehicle. Sometimes she approaches her desires to be fulfilled by a man, to fill her life with joy and happiness, to have enough respect for her which she deserves, we couldn’t be able to do so because of the narrow mentality and blind customs, bloody ego to be a man.

Most of harassment cases either these are physically, sexually or mentally indicates the worse condition of women in modern society. It’s not only due to poor education of the rural areas but it’s the symbolic evidence of the evilness of the modern men. These are few who misguide our society, who misguide the youth to use our physical power on her. We are aware of all the things which she has done for us to make us superior in the society even we are too timid to confess her greatness, her involvement in our life, her sacrifices as a mother, a sister or a wife etc. Besides it we push her into the dark of bloody customs and boundaries. She is a human being; she is also free by her thoughts, living styles, her deeds, and her goal in life. Who are we to interfere in her life if we are not so responsible for her even we are responsible for her bad condition?

This paragraph is for those who have been subjected to cruelty and animalism of the sexual monster. I regret for all of you who are raped or sexually abused by some evil persons. I regret for those who daily goes through domestic violence, for those who are killed for dowry, for those new born babies who are thrown out in footpaths after birth only because of they are female child.

Stop! Stop! Please stop these disgusting activities which shame the humanity in whole world. Be a man, a royal person who respects the women, who cares for her, who gives her importance in his life, who make feel her to proud to be a woman.

REPUBLIC DAY SPECIAL

Congratulations to all..... It’s the time to celebrate our republic day and we are too blissful on this marvellous occasion. After all on this day in 1950 the constitution of India was finally accepted by the assembly of 308 members and it was the foundation of Indian democracy. After a long time of 2 years 11 months and 18 days the constitution was prepared to fulfil the requirements of Indian democracy as per that time.

          In present we have a lot of problems regarding our constitution. And all Indians are merely aware of all these things. Somewhere I felt the dual behaviour of the laws. As our constitution gives all citizens the right of equality but in another face we are divided in many categories and THE RESERVATION is given as per categories. It was only for the backward people and only for 50 years which already has completed but still the government is providing The Reservation to the people who are still undeveloped as well as fully developed people of India. Many other categories are also included under this RESERVATION SYSTEM recently. But I don’t know “why?”

          Let me illustrate a simple example to explain why this RESERVATION SYSTEM is a curse in modern India. Suppose we have to make a bridge over the river to join to highways and for this purpose we need an engineer. Now we have two candidates one is UR and other from reserved category. And UR candidate far much better in his academia as well as knowledge than the other reserved category candidate. But due to reservation quota another candidate get the job. Now think for a while who was better out of them? And who got the opportunity to build his career in engineering? What’s the offence of the first one? Is this that he belongs to a UR CATEGORY? Why are they considering our eligibility as per category not talent? I think this is one of the causes which oppose the India to lead the world.

        Second one, an ordinary citizen of India or we can say a normal student having any police record, doesn’t get any job while it’s not a law for the candidates in politics. In each and every section we need required eligibility criteria but not in politics.

        As so many objections are raised earlier by several social committees and the responsible Indian public but it’s not corrected yet.

        We are here to celebrate our 66^th Republic Day and we are still waiting for the justified law and orders. It’s clarified in the Indian constitution that Indian govt can change as necessary in the Indian constitution so why is being late to correct it? Is it a wrong idea? Is it not right to have the same law and order for all citizens?

On the grand occasion of our 66^th republic day I appeal to the govt. in the behalf of all citizens who are agreed with the above facts, to take an action to make Indian Constitution stronger and to lead India to the Title of JAGAD GURU.

प्रिय मित्रों! क्या आपने किसी से सच्चा प्रेम किया है? या क्या आप किसी से सच्चा प्रेम करते हैं? एक अन्य प्रश्न जो मैं आपसे करना चाहता हूँ वो ये है कि क्या वर्तमान में 'युवा-प्रेम' सच्चा प्रेम है? इन सभी प्रश्नों के जवाब आप सभी के पास होंगे और आप इन सभी चीजों से परिचित भी हैं| 'युवा-प्रेम' की जो छवि प्राचीनकाल में थी, वो आज कहीं न कहीं धुंधली होती जा रही है| अपने आप को छोड़कर अगर आप अन्य के प्रेम जीवन के बारे में बात करें तो वह कहीं न कहीं उस पराकाष्ठा को नहीं छू पाता जो 'प्रेम' शब्द में झलकती है| "अपने आप को छोड़कर.." से मेरे तात्पर्य यूँ था क्यूँकि बहुत ही कम ऐसे महानुभाव होंगे जो स्वयं में खोट निकालना पसंद करते हों; अपितु इसके दूसरो में खोट निकालना ज्यादा सहज महसूस होता होगा| वैसे आप मानव स्वभाव से भली-भाँती परिचित हैं, शायद मुझसे भी कई ज्यादा| अतः आप सहज ही मेरे कहने का तात्पर्य समझ पा रहे होंगे| अब पुनः ऊपर आपसे किये गए प्रश्नों के उत्तर देने को कहा जाये तो शायद आपके उत्तरों से आप पूर्णतः संतुष्ट न हो पाएँ| ऐसा इसलिए नहीं है कि आज के वर्तमान युग में सच्चा प्रेम विद्यमान नहीं है या सच्चा प्रेम करने वाले युवक और युवतियां नहीं है अपितु इसका कारण फिर से मानव स्वभाव ही है|.....

युवा प्रेम के बारे में बहुत सी बातें हैं जो हम साँझा करेंगे पर इससे पहले युवा प्रेम को चित्रित करना अति आवश्यक है|

आदिकाल या प्राचीनकाल में प्रेम एक दैवीय अनुभूति थी जिसका चित्रण हमारे धर्म ग्रंथो या ऐतिहासिक रचनाओ में पूर्ण रूप से मिलता है| इस समय पुरा प्रेम के विषय में बात करने का एक ही उद्देश्य है कि हमारे मष्तिष्क में पुरा प्रेम की एक छवि उभरकर सामने आये| किसी साहित्यिक प्रेमी की अगर बात करें और प्राचीन प्रेम प्रसंग के परिदृशय को चित्रित करना चाहें तो एक प्राकृतिक वातावरण- लहलहाते खेत, घास के मैदान, बर्फीली चोटियाँ, शोर करता सागर, शांत मधुर कल-कल करता नदियों का पानी एवं लहरें, पक्षियों का सुगान, फूलों के बगीचे, चाँदनी रात और इन सभी के बीच एक युवती का अपने साथी से लज्जावान होना; अन्य कई ऐसी बाते जो प्रेम की एक सुन्दर कल्पना को संजोकर हमारे अंतर्मन को भाव-विभोर कर देती हैं एवं एक प्रेममयी भाव निखरकर हमारे हृदय में उद्दीप्त हो उठता है|

 
अब बात करते है वर्तमान 'युवा-प्रेम' की तो सीधी सी बात है: हर कोई व्यक्ति अपने कल्पना के सच्चे प्रेम को पाने के लिए प्रयत्नरत है और इसी प्रेम को पाने की होड़ में आज का 'युवा-प्रेम' मात्र उन ज्वारीय लहरों के समान हो गया है जो अत्यधिक शोर करते हुए एक विशाल ऊर्जा के साथ समुद्र की सतह से उठकर मानो अपने प्रियतम को पाने के लिए अत्यधिक उत्सुक एवं प्रयत्नशील होती है और कुछ समय बाद किनारे की एक ठोकर मात्र से ही अपनी संपूर्ण ऊर्जा एवं उत्साह खोकर वापस खाली हाथ लौट जाती है और अदृश्य हो जाती है, इस समंदर में मानो कभी वो थी ही नहीं| फिर कोई अन्य लहर फिर से वही प्रयत्न करती है, ये लहरें; और पुनः ठोकर खाकर अदृश्य हो जाना मानो जैसे युवा प्रेम का स्वभाव बन गया है| 

 
कुछों का प्रेम उस नदी के तरह अस्थिर है जो किसी क्षेत्र को कुछ समय तक मिलने के बाद अचानक अपना मार्ग परिवर्तित कर लेती है और पुनः मुड़कर नहीं देखती| वर्तमान 'युवा-प्रेम' में झील के समान ठहराव वाला प्रेम बहुत ही कम देखने को मिलता है जो युग-युगांतर के लिए एक-दूसरे के लिए ही बने होते है और कभी एक-दूसरे से अलग नहीं होते|  वर्तमान में हर दिन न जाने कितने प्रेमी अपने प्यार का इजहार करते हैं और कितने ही अपने प्रेम-सम्बन्धो को तोड़कर नए सम्बन्ध बनाने को अग्रसर होते हैं| यही तो हमारी फितरत है कि जब तक सब कुछ हमारे मनमुताबिक चलता है तो सब ठीक लगता है और जैसे ही कोई चीज हमारे खिलाफ होती है तो जो कल तक हमारा था आज हम उससे मुह मोड़ लेते हैं, ठीक उन्ही लेहरो कि तरह|

और ठीक ही तो है, जो हमारे मुताबिक नहीं जी सकता वो हमसे प्यार नहीं करता, उसे हमारे लिए बदलना चाहिए| सिर्फ प्यार के ढाई अक्षर कह देने मात्र से ही प्यार नहीं होता| अपने प्रेमी के लिए आपका दायित्व मायने रखता है और अपने दायित्वों का निर्वहन ही इस बात का प्रमाण है कि आप उससे प्यार करते है या नहीं| अपने प्रेमी से अपेक्षाएं रखना अच्छी बात है और उसका उन अपेक्षाओं को पूरा करना भी जरुरी है पर उसके लिए आपका फर्ज भी है और वो एक फर्ज ये है कि वो इन दायित्वों के लिए अकेला उत्तरदायी नहीं है  आप भी हैं जिसे इन दायित्वों को पूरा करना है| सच्चे प्यार में कोई व्यक्ति किसी भी बात के लिए अकेला उत्तरदायी नहीं होता| यह एक प्रेमी जोड़ा है जो हर परिस्थितियों में साथ रहता है, एक दूसरे को समझता है और अपने प्रेम से परिस्तिथियों को अपने अनुकूल बनाता है|

आह! कितनी छोटी सी बात है ये और इसे समझने में न जाने क्यों हमें इतनी परेशानी होती है| जिंदगी गुजर जाती है रिश्ते बनते हैं और बिगड़ते हैं और जाने-अनजाने में अपने सच्चे प्यार को हम खो बैठते हैं| अगर ये छोटी सी बात अमल में लाएँ तो युवा प्रेमी कई मायनो में अपने सच्चे प्रेम को चरितार्थ कर पाएंगे| अब मैं अपनी पहले कही हुई बात दोहराता हूँ कि वर्तमान युग में भी सच्चे प्रेमी और सच्चा प्रेम विद्यमान है, पर जरुरत है तो मानव स्वभाव को समझने की, अपने प्रेमी को जानने की, उसके लिए वफ़ादार रहने की और उसकी खुशियों का ख्याल रखने की| सच्चे प्रेम का मतलब है दो आत्माओं का मिलन और जब दो आत्माएं एक हो जाती हैं तो उनका अलग होने का सवाल ही पैदा नहीं होता| वास्तव में 'दो जिश्म एक जान' वाली बात सच्चे प्रेम की आधारशिला है|

ये तो बात थी सच्चे प्रेम की पर मन बहुत ही कुंठित होता है जब समाज को भ्रष्ट प्रेम के जीवो द्वारा जकड़े हुए देखता हूँ| असल में इसका एक कारण आकर्षण और प्रेम में विभेद नहीं कर पाना है| चलो ये बात भी थोड़ी पचा ली जाये तो वो लोग जो सिर्फ प्यार के नाम पर अपना स्वार्थ सिद्ध करते हैं उन्हें प्यार शब्द का मतलब भी नहीं पता और प्यार शब्द के आड़ में वो सिर्फ अपनी कामुकता को सार्थक करते हैं, उन्हें प्यार शब्द को बदनाम करने का कोई हक़ नहीं है| अगर कामुकता की बात आ ही गयी है तो एक तीसरा पहलू भी मैं अवश्यरूप से यहाँ पर उद्धृत करना चाहूँगा| हालाँकि वर्तमान युवा पीढ़ी पाश्चात्य संस्कृति से काफी प्रभावित है और उसी के प्रभाव में वे अपने मार्ग से भटक रहे हैं पर ये भटकाव छणिक है| जिस तरह से बीच समंदर में जहाज पर डेरा डाले हुए एक पक्षी पूरे आकाश का चक्कर लगाने के बाद फिर से उसी जहाज पर आकर ठहरता है, उसी तरह भूले-भटके युवा एक दिन स्वाभाविक रूप से सद्मार्ग पर अग्रसित होंगे| पर उन लोगो का सद्मार्ग पर लौटना नामुमकिन है जो कामुकतावश यह भी भूल गए है कि  वो तो इंसान हैं, कोई शैतान नहीं| शायद आप समझ गए होंगे कि मैं किन लोगो की बात कर रहा हूँ| ये वही लोग हैं जिन्होंने कामुकतावश मानवता को शर्मशार किया है और यही वो लोग भी हैं जो 'युवा-प्रेम' के दुश्मन हैं| क्या हो गया इन लोगो को जो ये इतने विवश हो जाते हैं कि किसी नारी की इज्जत करना ही भूल जाते हैं| धिक्कार है इन लोगो को जो ये राक्षसों से भी नीच हरकत करने पर उतर आते हैं| रामायण में रावण ने सीता माँ का हरण अवश्य किया था पर नारी की मर्यादा का ख्याल तो उसने भी रखा था|

'युवा-प्रेम' के द्वारा मैं सिर्फ इस विषय पर अपने विचारों को आपके साथ साझा करने की कोशिश कर रहा हूँ| शायद कुछो को मेरी बातें अच्छी लगी और कुछो को नहीं भी पर इतना जरूर है कि कहीं न कहीं आप ये जरूर सोच रहे हैं कि क्या मेरा प्रेम सच्चा प्रेम है?
